This small neighborhood of lots is located right in the middle of all the action- in the center of town. With town square just across the street and numerous businesses and shops just a short walk away, this is the ideal area for people coming to the village that want to socialize and meet other villagers. A few downsides to living here are that there isn't enough room to build a barn, that the land is of mid-quality fertility (versus the high-quality or low-quality in other areas), and that you don't have a ton of room to grow crops. Easier ways to make money when you live here are to start a small garden of crops that grow back quickly (even if they don't sell for as much), possibly to build a hen house, and to go to the mines often, which are just down the street from this neighborhood.
