This neighborhood is located right beside a flowing river that runs all the way through town. The inundation of the river helps to keep the land here moist and of high-quality fertility; perfect for growing crops. The river is also full of fish just waiting to be caught, and living here gives you very easy access to them. This is the ideal area for people looking to ranch crops or fish. A few downsides to living in this area is that it's a bit of a walk from here to town (but closer than some of the other options), there isn't enough room to build a barn, and that you're a far distance from the mines, mountains, and the forest. Easier ways to make money here are to (obviously) grow lots of crops, possibly build a hen house for eggs, and fish.
