This neighborhood is located just at the base of Juniper Village's short mountains. Each lot here is spacious and with the rocks around it forming a natural border, it's the perfect area for building a barn and raising animals. Plus, being just a short walk away from the mountains of Juniper Village isn't bad, either- it gives you the ideal option of scavenging and gathering the rare flowers and other things only found in the mountains. A few downsides to living here are that the rocky soil is terrible for growing crops- perhaps the only thing that you can grow here is grass for your animals to graze. Also, it's a pretty long walk from here to the town or the mines. Some easier ways to making money here are to spend your first week or two gathering the rare objects found in the mountains and selling them, then to either buy lumber or chop logs yourself to get enough wood to build a barn as soon as you can. Gather and sell some more to buy a cow, sheep, or other barn animal.
